Too often we think of things that are just incremental improvements to existing products and services. Improvements that seem particularly valuable from an organisational point of view: cost savings, less staff, or process optimization. That’s fine, but the combination with a customer-centric approach works both ways.
Design Thinking is an approach in which the customer comes first and you implement improvements that the customer is actually waiting for. By testing your ideas with customers at an early stage, among other things, you stay on the right course and you do not waste energy, time and costs on ideas that do not meet their needs. This way you can innovate quickly and give customer satisfaction a significant boost!
THREE MORNINGS FULL OF THEORY AND PRACTICE
In this training, consisting of 3 half-days, you will be provided with new theories, methods and tools with which you can stimulate a Design Thinking mindset within your team and organisation.

We discuss the basic principles of Design Thinking and explain how these are applied in a customer-centric way of working.

Day 2 | 09.30 – 12.00 a.m.
GAIN CUSTOMER INSIGHT AND DEFINE FOCUS
This morning we immerse ourselves in the first phase of Design Thinking: defining what to focus on.
Topics: exploratory research, customer insight, synthesis, customer journey map, customer needs profiles
Day 3 | 09.30 – 12.00 a.m.
THINKING UP, VALIDATING AND CONVINCING CREATIVE SOLUTIONS
In the last morning of this training, we explain how to move from insights to creative ideas and how to validate them in time. After this you will know how to get started with the validated ideas and how to roll them out in a scalable way in the rest of your organisation..
