Experiment design
2* day training -
Today it is essential to quickly adapt services to user needs. Therefore, learn how to quickly test with Experiment Design to stimulate pragmatic innovation.
* Currently as remote training divided over two half-days including 1-hour coaching
IN THIS TRAINING YOU WILL LEARN …
- Understand which hypotheses are most important to test
- What steps to take to set up an experiment (and how to apply them to your first experiment)
- How you evaluate an experiment and ensure that all learning points land properly in your organisation
DO YOU FIND IT DIFFICULT TO TRANSLATE INSIGHTS INTO SOLUTIONS?
You’ve done all the research you could do and you’ve gained some great insights, but now what? In this training we want to show you how to take the next step with minimal effort. So no extensive ideation sessions in the hope of finding the best concept, but a strong focus on learning by doing. Then you can assess the success of a concept step by step.
Agenda
TWO MORNINGS FULL OF THEORY AND PRACTICE
We start each morning with a solid head of Experiment Design theory. To wake up and to get ready for the practical part of the session where we are working on your first experiment.
Day 1 | 09.00 a.m. – 13.00 p.m.
DETERMINE WHAT YOU NEED TO VALIDATE
After an introduction to Experiment Design and how organisations use it, we explain how to get from insights and / or concepts to hypotheses. This way you can assess what you want to validate first with Experiment Design.
Topics: Experiment Design, Risky Hypotheses, Initial Rapid Validation
Day 2 | 09.00 a.m. – 13.00 p.m.
SETTING UP AN EXPERIMENT AND HOW TO PREPARE AN EXPERIMENT WITHIN YOUR ORGANISATION
We cover all the steps to get from a hypothesis to an experiment. For that it is necessary to understand what you want to learn and measure, and what you need to build. We use your chosen selection of hypotheses to go through the steps.
When your experiment is done, you need to land it in your organisation. But how do you do that? We help you create a realistic plan and present the preparations and impact of your experiment.
Topics: what to learn, what to measure, what to build, experiment planning, presentation, documentation
