We start with the basics. Why do we actually divide people into groups or segments? And what do we use them for? We understand and unravel different interpretations of segmentation and are introduced to need-based profiles.

DEFINE BEHAVIORAL PATTERNS AND MAKE AN IMPACT WITH NEED-BASED PROFILES
We show you how to use research data to reveal different behavioral patterns. This morning we also start with a need-based profile for your organisation in which you empathise with customers.
You also get easy-to-implement and reusable tools to create a visually appealing and memorable need-based profile. You will learn how to use need-based profiles in the design process and at different levels in your organisation.
