Miro Training: From beginner to expert

This training is for professionals who want to make their meetings more productive and interesting. After this training you will be skilled with Miro and take colleagues through meetings or workshops like no other.

To follow the Miro training does not necessarily require a Miro license. You will receive a link from Essense Academy to participate. * Currently as remote training

IS MIRO THE RIGHT TOOL FOR ME AND MY TEAM?

You want to make meetings more fun so that your team also experiences the teamwork and creativity online, especially while working remotely. That crackling sound of flipping a flipchart sheet over, or the rainbow colors of post-its and highlighters. But especially working in a team, being creative. You miss it!

In 2019, 77% of all meetings took place face-to-face, this percentage has rapidly changed, with the emphasis on online meetings. So we cannot avoid switching to online resources. However, you would prefer to have a similar meeting as if it were physical. Miro offers you that experience with numerous possibilities for you and your team.

A TRAINING WHERE YOU PRACTICE WHAT WE PREACH

This training will take place online . You can expect 3.5 intensive hours during which we get to know Miro in an accessible way. On the basis of an introduction with Miro, you will then get to work under the guidance of our trainers. Of course there is room for questions and the application of the learned information.

Part 1

Part 1 | 09.00 – 10.30 CET

The foundation

We start with a general introduction to Miro and its use: how do you start with it? What can you do with it? For what purposes, etc.? Through examples and exercises we teach you how to get started with Miro and how to apply it in various ways. We ensure that you have a good command of Miro’s basic techniques and then make good use of them.

Part 2

Part 2 | 10.30 – 12.30 CET

USING MIRO FOR BETTER MEETINGS

In the second part we will discuss the application of Miro: how do you prepare meetings in Miro? How do you fulfill the role of facilitator? And how do you use Miro as a means for effective and pleasant cooperation? In this part, we also work a lot with examples and exercises, so that you also apply the new knowledge directly.In addition, we help you design your own Miro template, which you can use in your organization afterwards.

The training is suitable for people with computer skills and a curiosity about digital tools .
